What Does Your Investment Get You?

For $159,000 you receive a 10% equitable share in a brand new Cranchi M44 HT valued at over $1,590,000. The syndication runs for 5 years, at the end the of this term the boat will be sold at market value and each of the share holders receive an equal 10% share of the net sale price.

If you want or need to sell your share at anytime you are free to do so. There are no penalties if you wanted to exit the syndication early. We can even help with the sale of your share for a small fee.

Rest assured your boat will only be used by those in your syndication and the boat will not be available for private/public charter or AirBnB stays making sure your boat is in pristine condition every time you want to use it.

How Does It Work?

When you buy a share in “Milano” you will own units in the M44 Milano Unit Trust, which will be the registered owner of the vessel. In addition to your outright purchase you be required to contribute to a common fund each month, this will be a 1/10th share of the outgoings and will cover Registration, Insurance, Berthing, Cleaning, Maintenance and more.

Each month you will be issued an amount of points which in turn can be exchanged for time aboard. Bookings can be made 24 hours a day 7 days a week through our proprietary online booking software. Once your booking is confirmed all you need to do is enjoy your time aboard. We do ask that you make sure the boat is topped up with fuel on your return.

Arrive at the marina with your friends, family or corporate clients and board your new, well-maintained boat and cruise away. Once you have arrived back at the marina and securely tied the boat up simply head home. We will take care of all the cleaning, and maintenance and make sure the boat is ready for the next syndicated owner.
